With the release of Apple’s new iPhone and iPad software iOS7, it seemed like the perfect time to update the Shorewest app for all of our Apple products. Since 2009, Shorewest’s free app has been helping users find new homes on-the-go.
Innovative features already available include the ability to search active, sold and open house listings via criteria, maps or your current location (iPhone GPS required for location search). You can also quickly save interesting properties to your favorites and compare them using real time charts, share properties via email and easily look up office and agent contact information.
With version 5.2, Shorewest’s newest features include:
- cosmetic and functional updates to fit the new features of iOS7
- ability to text message a sales agent from the app
- in-app mortgage calculator for every property
