Forty-nine Shorewest, Realtors® sales associates completed an intensive one-day training course on providing effective relocation services. This now brings the number of Shorewest agents trained on relocation services to 253.
The training course addressed numerous significant relocation issues, including the Worldwide ERC BMA form, the challenges of working on Inventory Properties, and what is required of agents that take on Corporate Listing Referrals, Corporate Buying Referrals, and Broker-to-Broker Referrals.
Shorewest Relocation and Corporate Services Director Deborah Benavides, CRP, conducted the majority of the training session along with Kenna Greenmeier, CRP; Kate Ernst and Joan Schuelke, WRS, RCC (members of Shorewest’s Relocation and Corporate Services Department) who answered questions from agents and spoke about their specific roles in the Relocation Center.
Agents who completed the course, passed a test, have been an agent at least two years and maintain the $2 million annual production requirement received their Certified Shorewest Relocation Specialist (CSRS) designation. Those agents include the following:
